Nope, I made sure I only won the RM5 at max twice a day.

I don't think anyone can give a conclusive answer since the campaign has yet to end anyway.

nothing wrong. usually T&C gives a generic/broad SLA is to manage the customer's expectation.

keyword is in the sentence: within

so, between 1 to 60 days is the SLA they are promising to credit the cb. so, up to scb to either process/credit early or late (still within 60days), depending on their operational load.
