My justone get charged annual fee RM250. Chat with SC online she said cannot be waived. How???

Asked twice through live chat for JustOne waiver but rejected. Will cancel the card once cashback is in.

I have a question here. My statement date is on 19th Aug and payment due date is 9th Sept. Annual fee is charged on last statement and I only can get my cashback on mid of Sept. If I wait for my cashback only I cancel the card, do I still need to pay the annual fee (cashback come after payment due date, and I have paid the statement balance which including annualfee) ?

Request to cancel JOP after CS says annual fee cannot be waived. But then she help me to submit appeal for waiver. Today called me and ask me to keep the card. Annual fee will be reversed in 5 working days.

Can call service centre to confirm. I have my cash rebate wrongly calculated. Called service centre and they help me to recalculate and direct debit into my cc
