Just noticed the showhouse for Cheria is closed (both Type A and B)...

Problem... my ID wan masuk tengok also cannot... sadding

The layout is different.

But, I like the way they make the garden an extension of the house, instead of being a "garden". I'm going to do the same with my land area...

Oh notice the 2 Dalia showhouse ID is exactly the same....

Yeah.. cannot do extension.. so have to do a nice "gazebo/outhouse" hehehe

The Semi D Dalia actually feels much bigger... I think its the open area at the stairs. Feels much roomier compared to the actual Bungalow

I heard Cheria VP coming soon e.g. end of first quarter 2019/ early second quarter 2019.
Probably closing Cheria showhouse in preparation for Cheria VP in the next 6 months.

Yes the Dalia showhouse is nice.
It has an open floor plan. (living room, dining room, dry kitchen - all in one) that many folks nowadays are looking for.
The Cheria semi-D has two types.
Cheria Type A is different concept/layout than Dalia. Cheria Type A has an open floor plan too - opening to the beautiful backyard gardens.
Cheria Type B has same/similar open floor plan layout as Dalia sem-D but its 200k-300k cheaper due to its slightly smaller built up.

Strange as they are still selling the Type A, would think they will keep the showhouse there to continue pushing sales..

WCE - Kesas interchange and WCE - SKVE alignment taking shape.
WCE - Federal highway interchange and NKVE interchange further north.
