Which road are you referring to for Cheria? Are u referring to West Coast Expressway? You can view the proposed alignment here.

All the Cheria units backing to a road has already been sold. Leftovers are those Type A units within the neighbourhood(not backing to a road).

I've a corner unit for sale, details are as below:-

2-storey corner unit
Land area : 3,649sf
Build up : 2,645sf (24'x75'; Intermediate is only 22'x75')
With Club House facilities

Market value RM1.4 - RM1.45mil.
Letting go at RM1.35mil (nego)
Mark up is allow but RPGT of the mark up portion will be bear by buyer.

Takpe la.. Willing buyer willing seller ma.. Maybe can sell for 1.5 M who knows..

When is etovp for your unit..

Mine has billed me for drainage.. But skip the wall and structure part

That's Feb 5th.

I M P O S S I B L E even if you don't renovate.
