Anyine here concerned over quality issues after what happens in W Residence.
It appears Tropicana cutting corners.. Any bros here worries ah same fate befalls...
I have seen my cheria unit and to be honest.. Build quality is pretty poor from the outside. I can only hope that the developer is rectifying most defects prior to VP.

Good to see CC getting more traction...
Hopefully by Mid of this year when I plan to move in...more vibrant and happening...even Sinaria slowly but surely more shops opening chor..
Just hope Tropicana cans sort out the defects ASAP..
Anyone can chime in as how efficient is the defect rectification works for Cheria...?
