Then they would need to walk a big round... grab your stuff.. then walk a big round again while carrying their loot... also risky... if I was a thief... I prefer scale the fence, hit the house right in front of me.... grab a few stuff... scale the fence again..

This kind of wall is EW level for perimeter fencing already. And even if residents were on a united front asking for this, I don't think Trop will do it. It's a lot of work and it's costly.

1. The owners should engage Tropicana BEFORE all the fencing is put up.
2. Owners need to be united, ie get 80/90% to sign up.
3. Prepare to propose to top up $$
Otherwise doubtful Tropicana will entertain.

Those who complain were talking aboput rodents/snakes coming in easily with the current fencing... problem is.. even with half concrete snakes will still easily come in la...
Frankly I wont mind topping up to get a fencing upgrade...

Because Penduline actually split into 2 phases of launch. First half (246 units) will be completed by March 2018, while the 2nd half (379 units) expected to be completed by August 2018.
