Need to go to tanjung dua belas, the interchange for skve to wce
Or go to kesas to link with wce.

If you check back their old brochure, there is direct link to WCE, now they quietly removed it.

I am just stating the fact, so future buyer need to be careful.

I said it many many times, the developers could have done better. When I purchased this, I was so new to this area, trusted them on WCE and KK proposed flyover.

After I moved in only I found out it is all marketing gimmicks.
FYI Tropicana is moving out soon, after they launch the last phase. Take their profit, leave the problems to the buyers and local council.

Tropicana still has a lot of commercial lands yet to be developed so they will not move out so soon

Actually not much left, few parcels only. Their SA told my friend they are moving after few more launches.

Upcoming Hazel is last residential then commercial. That’s it.

For older semi D phase buyers eg Cheria, Dalia, Freesia, Elemen etc...Hold on to your units.
Pricing for H phase increased a lot (as expected) due to construction material increase and labour shortage etc .

If 45x80 pricing 2.1m then I prefer to buy Dalia which even cheaper with same size and ready to move in immediately. Like what you said price increased may due to cost increase, it may favour to existing owner that offer selling price could be higher.

Developer unit sells better cause buyer only need to come up with minimum cash.

Although subsales ends up cheaper in the long run, but the upfront cash is MUCH higher and apparently majority of the buyers facing problem with that..... maybe malaysian style "buy first worry later"..

But buying millions house cannot have this kind of mentality leh... die faster.

Yea definitely due to the cost of material increase and labour shortage. It is not only with Tropicana projects but affects all other developers too.
Maybe it is due to Hana being the last plot of landed property in TA and the location of Hana being in between clubhouse, park, school, and commercial.

Anyway, for those interested can go and look see look see and eat some Taco this weekend Haha
