Not sure how the drainage work but if possible try to avoid houses too close to the lake.

Among all, Gamuda is the nearest to lombong thus nearest to Klang river, that time lombong was hit very badly.

Yes, saw some news and videos about kg. Lombong flood sometime ago. As what you highlighted none of the new township here affected by flood. Luckily it is still some distance away from Klang river. Overall the surrounding flood gonna impact our township ingress and egress traffic as a whole especially we need to rely on other township to access major highways.

Yup I shared before in another thread, last year we couldn’t get through kesas through kk as it was flooded at KK entrance/exit. That is the nearest to Sri muda and kemuning utama(worst hit area).

Only way to exit rimbayu was BSP.

In case anyone wants to know.

Didn't know Kemuning Utama hit badly as one of my fren stayed there. He told me most of the rescue teams will have to use Kemuning Utama to access Sri Muda at that time.

Thank you bengyson and dramedge for your kind replies. 🙏 guess major complaint by the owners for the entire township is about traffic haha.. main roundabout, elite and kk are with bad traffic during peak hour.
