Anyone in cheria can give experience of the extend of renovation allowed? Just want to know the what's the limit. Outdoor pond? Roofing? Make windows bigger? Dalia owner here trying to plan and budget on the renovation part.

I'm looking at both Tropicana Aman Elemen and Eco Sanctuary Terazza, but I'm struggling to make a decision.

Terazza looks incredible. Its modern design is highly attractive to me, and the entire township exudes a very modern, grand vibe.

And I really like Elemen as well. I love the fact that it's a lakeside project and is surrounded by lots of greenery. That's a massive plus point for me. I'm leaning towards Elemen but I'd like to hear some thoughts before making my mind up.

It all depends on what the majority of homeowners within the neighbourhood want as the rules can be changed(voted in or out) once the JMB/MO is formed.Every thing is on a case by case basis.
Cheria JMB has not been formed yet.
In some strata properties, u can still have house extension as long as u have 'friendly' JMB/MO ..just look at Eco Santuary :-)
So if you want certain type of renovation for your Dalia, start lobbying it among Dalia owners whatsapp group lor Hahaha

You are in TA forum, of course we will say Elemen is better than Terazza Haha
If I have to decide between Elemen and Terazza, I will go with Elemen (bigger built up, open floor plan, better value for money)
Only you know what is best for you and your family.
