I'm looking at both Tropicana Aman Elemen and Eco Sanctuary Terazza, but I'm struggling to make a decision.

Terazza looks incredible. Its modern design is highly attractive to me, and the entire township exudes a very modern, grand vibe.

And I really like Elemen as well. I love the fact that it's a lakeside project and is surrounded by lots of greenery. That's a massive plus point for me. I'm leaning towards Elemen but I'd like to hear some thoughts before making my mind up.

Hey, I think it is, but you should check with your sales agent for more accurate information. Garden Homes are slightly more than a million ringgit, after rebates. Lakeside Homes are more expensive (about RM200k more on average).

Hey, Twentyfive.7 products were out of my budget, to be honest. Elemen's Garden & Lakeside homes concept was very appealing to me. Great size, beautiful surroundings, and a developer that I trust!

My only little hope is that they'd have learnt a thing or two from their previous projects. I read your post about how restrictive they are when it comes to making changes to the facade. And I also read a bit about the manner in which they dealt with land settlement. Anything else I should be on the lookout for? Thanks a lot for sharing!

The entrance to Elemen will look like this according to one of the videos on Tropicana's website. Looks fantastic!

I never paid attention to that aspect of the entrance. I'll drive around this weekend to get another glimpse of it.

I drove around the area yesterday, and I have to agree with you. The roundabout makes a pretty big difference.
