why dont they open in eco sanctuary's shoplot?

My best guess is this unit at Rimbayu got side land which can have outdoor al fresco drinking atmosphere, but Eco Somerset has no tis kind of unit.....of coz rental rate consideration will play a factor of the consideration too....

Why has to be at Eco Sanctuary? The shop located at strategic location as well. Of course Eco owners can go there chill at night just a short drive.

There is a reason SA is a dead town... and cannot "ong"...

Tan Sri Liew is smart, managed to get exceptional status from MBSA for entertainment outlets along with I-City.
If SA dont have all this special status for entertainment licenses, I guess the SA now wont be like this now....

You are right, parking also plenty with that unit. Fengshui is superb good... no one will miss that shop.

Hope more established brands will come, asking why not in eco-sanctuary because there the shoplots looks more premium, but again you guys have the points for it in rimbayu.

In my opinion, even though premium shop lots development also have to realign to the current market demands and economic aspects.....for me, eco somerset is quite beautiful and grand feel due to her architecture design language, but still no choice have to use it to open for mamak shop and also the Kopitiam.......

They already have a restaurant and bar in the mall called Corner.

I was there at the Bandar Rimbayu's The Brew House. It is quite a happening place. A good place to hang out with friends.
This is a new area (which is fine with me)but I see more and more shops are opening each day.
