if still left one year contract with MOP, is that means have to wait until contract end only can sign up again phone with MOP 2 years contract?

If not mistaken if you pay the balance 1 year remaining of plan contract, you then can take a new one? So example MOP128, rm128x12.

IIRC, min 1 year. If got balance, there is a formula in which to calculate the final settlement. After that can start again.

If not mistaken they are willing to waive penalty payment if you recontract with 4 months of your existing contract remaining.

6S Plus definitely worth upgrading to 8 Plus for the dual camera. For 6S to 8, well, if you don't need wireless charging and don't fancy a glass back, I don't think so. But that's my personal opinion of course.
