if still left one year contract with MOP, is that means have to wait until contract end only can sign up again phone with MOP 2 years contract?

so sad, when i want sign up with Maxis plan.... no midnight delivery

i think maxis do let pre-order customer to pick up from selected maxis store, unlike digi, they dont allow, only delivery option

most likely, luckily i didnt sign up MOP128 to get note8 from maxis previously , but note8 have to bought from SME pre-order haha

so now i have MOP128 no phone bundle to take ipx with subsidize price, hopefully got at least 1k from maxis subsidize

have to add gst 6%

if you are maxis loyal customer (few years with maxis i assume), your device advance will be waive

they scare you run away with the device subsidize, for example new customer sign up MOP158, pay RM4105 + 6%, then didnt continue to pay monthly 158.... if you are loyal customer, maxis will waive the device advance, because ipx 256gb is RRP5899, you only pay RM4105 + 6%, then you can walk away with it who knows some people never continue to pay maxis

if you need to pay device advance, they will return you monthly, let say u pay RM834, they will credit back to you in few months on your bills...

let say credit back within 6 months, RM834 / 6, each month your bill is (RM158 + 6%) - RM139.... something like that
i assume 6 months, not so sure how long, maybe 12 months

p/s: BUT you cant really do that just walk away without pay monthly, telco can lock the phone if you owe them money....

bought 256gb seems 5899 become 4414.90 with MOP128

i think some peoples queue multiple entries.... it will be fast

if refer to iPhone 8 Plus 256GB, MOP128 can get the device at 3425 + 6% = 3630.5
RRP 4899 - 3630.5 = 1268, seems iphone x subsidized 200 more :

then is around 25%

i think so, base on calculation, the phone subsidize is 25% off RRP with cheapest MOP128 plan, although Maxis plan is not cheap lol
