I didn't know it is Telco set bcos I brought it from someone in Carousell and he told me that he is trader. Got it from someone then sold to me. It is full set and also no sticker of Maxis on the box.

Update: iPhone 8, 8 plus and X will be coming to maxis.
Coming soon banner should be up on their website anytime before next Wednesday.

Pre-order starts next week and nothing yet from maxis. Looks like they are a little late to the party this year.

Never bought online with maxis before, prefer to go to their Centre. If you like the size of your 6S then I would say the 8 would do. Of course the 8 Plus has a bigger battery and cool portrait mode due to the dual lens camera. Your choice, really smile.gif

I bought my ip7 online through maxis although I am a maxis subscriber. It was an experience and it was easy IMO. As for payment, its either CC/Debit AFAIK, no PayPal unfortunately. They use despatch rider when delivering the phone and have to be signed by me. I guess, being a subscriber makes it much easier.

They took some time to deliver actually, around 5 days. When I checked the docket it came from Brightstar. Dont know whether they are affiliated with Maxis Corp.

Anyway it took the hassle of going to KLCC, parking and queing and etc etc.

Isolated cases of battery swelling, no explosions or anything... yet. I wouldn’t be too worried.

Maxis website still going strong, usually there will be hiccups when demand is there. Guess the ticket number is also due to those checking out the price.

Well, there's less hype this year and no additional incentives to pre-order, so yeah, kinda expected.
