Price.. was quoted RM5++ per pcs for primacy here..
Dunlop was RM350/pcs for 225/45R17

Brandwise, downgrade..
Performance wise, better dry grip than Primacy 3ST.. wet grip about the same.. but noisier...

I just bought the primacy ST from Top gold tyre in PJ. Rm365 before gst. I can't believe the price. Made in 2016 2nd half too. It's very comfy & quiet so im very happy. Thank you!

Not much difference on city drive. The engine will run quieter & smoother. The real difference in fc will be noted on out station runs. You should get roughly 20 - 25% better fc.

Ron97 is not worth unless your engine is tuned for it. On stock engine the difference is so minimal, just as good as burning cash.

Yes it does. Fully synthetic smoother and better fuel efficient

I don't think there will be much different for city driving. You might get a slightly more mileage for long distance driving.

You have to consider also the fuel price different Ron95 RM2.30/L vs Ron97 RM2.60/L. Note that Ron97 kena 6% GST.

Below I quote from one website that did a comparison of fuel using Proton Saga.

"Meanwhile, the RON 97 Saga recorded a fuel consumption of 7.1 litres per 100 km (or 14.04 km/l), costing RM31.82 in total or 18 sen per km. The conclusion from this test is using RON 95 is 3 sen per km cheaper compared to RON 97."

Hi,

According to Proton's website, the Standard variant does have ESC and 7-speed Protonic, whereas earlier reviews (2014) said that the Standard variant does not?

Which one is true?
