You rename the folder WhatsApp won't be able to access the folder.

To hide in MIUI gallery just long press the name of the album, a menu will pop up and you can select hide.

Can yours rn3pro detect PokeGo gps inside mall/any building?

I found my phone kenot detect once inside, outside it performs really well.

Gps set oredi to high accuracy.

No phones can do that. Only approximate location based on cell tower triangulation or connected Wi-Fi network.

After my moto g 1st gen ran into problem after flashing custom rom ( , mac address becomes 02:00:00:00:00); Searched around for cheap mid-range phone, bumped into this thread and decided to buy redmi note 3 pro (mainly because of custom rom and huge battery, i don't like the large 5.5" though). Got it for around RM500 from Gemfive after 25scb discount. Initially, just want to try it in opened box condition but the annoying pop-up and bloatware left me no choice but to replace the vendor rom.

After read 70% of MIUI forum (as shown in first page of this thread), I follow the steps. Without much hiccup, stable global rom in my redmi now . My advice is to download all necessary files/ app prior to flash: ADB, Mi PC Suites, Mi Flash (only ver. 20160401 work for me), Rom (I unzipped it twice to extract all files into original state). My laptop is old AMD running windows 10 64 bit.

Hope my experience can help anyone want to remove vendor rom. Happy Dewali

Conclusion,

RM500 + own effort = Global RN3 = RM649...(?)

Imported set still maintained at RM500... (less 10% further if voucher)...
