QUOTE(ashraf095 @ Oct 17 2016, 10:15 AM) Battery life on CM13. Not much difference with miui rom. Not bad as the only reason I stick with MIUI is because of better battery life but if CM 13 can get me 8 hours sot, I might switch knowing CM also has better Ram management.

QUOTE(zwansh @ Oct 17 2016, 01:40 PM) [IMPORTS]Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro 32GB Gray-[ASIA SPECT].... what is asia spect? got different from other version? DO NOT buy that version. I bought it and now ilm waiting for refund. I could claim my refund as they didn't mention it as Asian spec model aka special Kane model which is 2mm longer in height which means this phone is bigger! Stay away from it.

QUOTE(GameSky @ Oct 17 2016, 02:25 PM) more like ...lel same thing la as snapdragon aka pro version. just probably the seller want to try "other word" lol. Not really. It is different. This is the special Kane model which is larger than normal ap set or Ori set. It is larger due to special 4g bands for Canadian network ? Or some other country network. No use of those special bands here in Malaysia so the extra size doesn't justify for Malaysian users.

QUOTE(GameSky @ Oct 17 2016, 02:35 PM) it's not Kane.. it's KATE... supposed only for Taiwan region only. Or on MIUI website the rom is under Redmi Note 3 Special Edition Global. Yeah yeah KATE. I miss spelled just now. So yeah that model useless here in Malaysia. Doesn't justify extra weight n size.

QUOTE(aromachong @ Oct 18 2016, 08:27 AM) yes.. 15.18 to be exact or not less than rm10 I'm also waiting for refund from gemfive for that special edition Kate phon, I claimed refund as the description did not mention about the phone being a special edition with 2mm extra height and more weight. I returned the phone filled return form etc send to them. They replied saying it will take 19 working days to process refund, now will this refund be in cash form or points form ?

QUOTE(denimblue @ Oct 23 2016, 06:23 AM) Why do you need to quote his sales posting? Now everyone can still see what he posted even though he has deleted it. Fixed it.

QUOTE(gogo2 @ Oct 24 2016, 08:10 PM) Good to have Kate. More band. Nothing to lose. Just no case only. Got a lot to lose as phone heavier and phone bigger too. Those extra bands have no use here in Malaysia. I got one of these Kate too, return it back.

QUOTE(azhar75 @ Nov 12 2016, 06:26 PM) Just a short reminder, those who have bought IMPORTED set(s), please ensure the Snapdragon variant is not for KATE/Special Edition. You can know easily by booting up the phone and check the Android version. If Android Marshmallow 6.0.1, it is confirmed KATE/Special Edition variant. From the box....? I dunno... anyone with KATE box please upload for evaluation. Kindly hide the serial number, IMEIs and other sensitive infos on the box.... Box is bigger, phone is larger + heavier too. I had one which I returned n now waiting aroma to refund me sigh.
