Suddenly cannot refresh feed on FB app, IG, Chrome cannot access internet while on data (Maxis). But Whatsapp working fine on data.

Guys help me out.
Why when my phone is in the pocket, when someone calls, the screen light up? This can be replicate by blocking the proximity sensor with ur hands, and ask someone to call your phone. Will the screen light up? Really annoys me as I will accidently pick up, or reject the call in my pocket. Is there a setting to disable the screen to light up when in pocket? |

I dropped my phone. Now when in a call, I cannot hear a anything from the other party. Only can hear when I switched to loud speaker. What's broken?
