ID is more of a matter of $$ then problem of finding a good one..... Got budget take those who always got mentioned in the media etc... Or the top 3 from those annual ID award... tongue.gif

Yeah. Striking a balance between cost v final outcome is the main goal.

Too expensive average outcome also no good for my wallet XD

I have several ID friends, main tip is.. do NOT let them source materials especially those in bulk/cost alot. Small things nevermind, but things like tiles etc.. source it yourself.

However, I feel we have no choice but to let them cover the construction/coordination, otherwise you will have problems down the road if u engage your own contractors.

Yeah, I think I will source some of the bulk materials myself and the smaller one let them settle.

If let them makan all, confirm cost will increase like no tomorrow.

25% markup... last when I did my house, my friend say aircons u buy yourself... if he buy for me under his company he need to cost in 25% extra...

Of course must be fair to them also la.

Small small things let them earn a bit la.

Aircon I rather buy myself coz I usually can haggle a better disc from my regular store anyways.

Tiles all later do survey and etc when VP comes closer.

Start from 1,9M boss....

You got 3% off for existing buyer hahahaaha.

Go take a look la boss. Queen seems to like it.

Cheria also not bad in our eyes. The garden side there quite nice for me.

Build up area is diff also I think. Ridgefield one around 4000+ while Cheria is about 3000+?

Yeah, that one.

3 Storey Semi-Detached
(Semi-D)

Gross Floor Area: 3,931 sq.ft

Guess not much different except if you're taking the corner unit, maybe about 4,000+

You bought Type B right? The slightly smaller one.

The show unit is a corner unit. It looked larger laugh.gif

Type A corner also not bad la.

I think this one and your Type A not much difference.

Except Ridgefield got 1 more floor.

Buy such big house, maintenance is not an issue already ma for you.
