It wont be dual guard house for long.

They are proposing to remove the outer guard house and just tighten the security on the inner one (the one after the club house).

Maintenance is not by psft, its by type of house, bungalow, semid, or superlink.

Bungalow is about 500+

KK =/= TA la bro...

KK is shah alam... stay there so long see like development stunted due to it being in Shah Alam... cinema also no have I have to drive to Pyramid/SUmmit to watch a movie

ES/TA/Rimbayu/G257 is in Kuala Langat district.... terus got 2 cinema planned!

Hmmm, parkfield also not cheap. My SA told me need to pay 400++. Dunno he got con me or not.
What about Fairfield & Ridgefield kaki?

The maintenance fees is calculated by land size not the built-up .. so should be around 13 ~ 15 cents * 16xx sqft

ridgefield not sure leh , but the progress very fast . if using parkfield as reference , tropicana build houses very fast after that they spend alot of time in constructing ur garden , road and landscaping stuff , like this way you will paying interest more leh , ... from developer POV is finance strategy . but for us is no good ..
