K2 flyover left only the part which link to Bangi under the main road. The new development from MKH besides Tropicana height also deforest and flatten with bulldozer. But not sure whether the current road access to Tropicana will be closed.

But just 1 late payment with 11 on time is no. Big deal

bit confusing about the current entrance , the road from bandar tech is expanding to 4 widen lane and it will direct drive into TH , so the current road will be demolish ?

By judging the current situation, seems like it will close the current entrance. If they build a grand entrance then we are double gated. Crossing my fingers.

- lake deco still no progress yet
- parkfield visitor park roundabout center got new tree plant (so pitty everytime i look at it ... so little leaf .. lol)

about k2 link , k2 roundabout side almost all cover had been taken off , but the road seem still not in shape yet , bangi bridge progress slower then i expect ... (like turtle speed) ....

ya , can imagine those big tall tree grow with full leaf , it will be truely boulevard, should b nice one .. but worry when the times come i oledi get aged d .

Thats truely Eco lake feel. If do comparison, will makes Eco Majestic so called eco lake looks pityful.

The tall trees are impressive. Tropicana feel..

This is very nice... what park is this? Is it in the community compound? Or is if a central park shared by several G&G pahses?

gua visit paisely last weekend and after comparing then i think will be more comfort spending heights townhouse.

The final product looks very same with artist impression. Even the trees species as per illustration. Tropicana really geng. EW no fight.

Hi Guys,

Just wanted to share my contractor that did the grills for my Unit.

I got quite a number of quotations just to do a simple grill for the entire house.

The requirement was the same, simple design, powder coating and white in colour.

The quotations I got range from RM6K to almost RM8K and finally found someone who was just slightly above RM5K.

As his price for the grills was okay, I decided to also do a skylight for the yard at the back.

Just sharing some humble photos

His number is 012 302 5781. Name is Yap. You can say that his Tropicana Customer introduce.

Just to clarify, Yap does all sort of renovation and construction stuff. I decided to just do grills only. I would say, he is a nice guy, reliable and open to negotiation.
