K2 is very important project as it is indirectly huge impact to TH side.
If K2 able to sustain, TH value property will goes up.
till this stage, nothing much development.

agreed , wait till neck long , next year will be different story i hope , since MRT will be started operating , bangi link and TH link will be completed as well , lets foresee some commercial launching from MKH next year

Have to wait for another 1 to 2 years only will launch gradually.

Part of the landed vp ady and the service residence on k2 is opened for booking.

But the most anticipated wait is the commercial portion of K2.

MKH strategy maybe launch until next year MRT operating, create landed environment in mrt vicinity

not surprising as majority Fairfield is buying for investment. Some of them might have difficulty to serve their loan currently.

Did you see anyone put up banner for sales or for rent ?

1st phase of every developments especially landed surely got plenty of investors...strong supoters and directors interests....

That goes without saying...

I know some peojects...u dun even deal w the directors on sunsale...his secretary will handled everything...incl price negotiation.

This TH will hand over to Kajang Authority after all phases are complete and sold out at least till 2022 (guess)

let say bank approve 70%. where to get that 20%? tropicana give u 20% loan 0% interest for 12 months. then only tropicana will request for progress payment from bank after the 12 months.. SA told me.
