Unless they went the route of "clustered" semi D

1.which is a better development and place for owner stay or investments forcapital appreciations?
2.Also comparing the developers of the two townships, which one is more proactive on after sales service?
3. New launches or estimated price of properties over in Tropicana Heights and Jade Hills
4. Distance wise, which township is nearer to KL?

a fren commented he bot a bungalow in jade hill 7 yrs (?) ago... until now hardly any appreciation...

i went to the site, hv seen some completed unit, quality of workmanship not bad
Jade Hills is old Taman, therefore, covered by a lot of old trees and plants growing close together
Whereas TH, is new, therefore, Developer have already planted a lot of big big trees at road site and housing area include and plants
quite beautiful landscape

I can say distance wise not much different
Jade Hills, u need to pass thru the industrial area b4 exit to highway which is not really in driving pleasure
Whereas TH more easy to access to Highway via multiple directions.
