long long time no come back d , almost forgot lowyat bro & sis , gongxifacai everyone 🧨🧨, stayed over half year at th now , so far so good lah , guard do their job , landscaping is maintainable , neighbourhood is good , access no issue , central park fully developed , no weird smell or funny thing in th so far, ethnic group is balance , roughly about 40%chinese , 40%malay , 20%indian , overall occupany for parkfield about 40% so far ? more or less

so if ask me th is good to stay i say good lah , but invesment wise i felt very slow lor , commercial is no news yet , mkh mall nothing progress also ... so everything here is landscape , housing and garden only ... mayb its the lowest price point now to get in? overall i see th is getting better and better lah

I got new cards too but same thing. Had to drive up real close to get the scan angle right with the windows down. Submitted complain on T360 app but they quickly closed the ticket saying it's resolved without giving proper solution. A class customer service right there
