Called to request transfer of VOX cashback to YOLO. But they transfer to my preferred platinum. Don't understand!

Still no rebate for yolo yet? They are so late...

Uob is the slowest Bank of ever! I called on Monday to cancel, but I can still see card online. Even cancellation takes forever.

I suggest to email them.. My case 3 working days settled everything. (Credit transferred + cancellation)

Requested to cancelled VOX card evening time yesterday and after 2 hours, The card has been removed from online banking

Finally my Vox card remove from UOB online and RM50 transferred to YOLO card since request on Oct25.

Not yet. I called twice, CS says cant check if the cb batch run has been performed. Just ask me to wait.

Anyone encountering problem to access uob online banking? It does not even display the username space for me to enter my username and password, the meesage is " please click here to login" and when I click "here", nothing changes.

Last nite called to cancel my VOX and wan to apply for YOLO, CS proceed with help me convert it.

No issue here. Just logged in.

Finally managed to login with IE, could not login with chrome. Got RM50 cash back from YOLO too, whew!

i just called to cancel my vox and preferred plat, yest did instant transfer to vox to clear the outstanding bal but somehow their system made the payment to my YOLO (must be the auto proportionate thingy)
now i asked to transfer from YOLO back to vox just to make it zero, waiting for retention team to call me back

Crap. I must be belum bangun. I saw it as Maxis bills and UOBPayOnline. OK, then my apology.
