how to check the SmartCash earn in 1Card ???

just now tried to call UOB Call centre, keep mentioning high traffic n suggest internet personal banking or email... i waited until the call got cut off....

no way can have direct contact with UOB CS.... real bad...

Guess, email is the alternate option or rather only option to go

I think for 3-4 years, they waive 50% of the AF

Screw that, i just called and applied cancellation

W00hoo

The customer service got a nice hammering for answering me wrongly

Yup One card always get waiver every year. Just looked at my card member since 08. Wow! Has it been that long? laugh.gif

Anyone convert their vox card to one card? cs ask me think twice as I will be charged for the annual fee once conversion is success.

Been using for 4 years, for the past 3 years no problem waiving the AF for One Classic, but this year requested twice also cannot waive, just asked for cancellation directly see how it goes.

Note that this year my spending is higher compared to past 3 years, never miss payment as well.

I have heard few failure cases this year. Hopefully when Retention Department calls you later will give you some good news.

The CS said my card will be blocked after the call, in 5 working days retention team will call again to double confirm.. let's hope for the best

I paid 50% (after appeal) last year coz I swiped after AF charges. This year, got 3 years waiver even with lower spending and almost exclusively on petrol only.

If cash rebates just cover AF, certainly not worth.

recently i faced issues regarding OTP. they will send me the sms, but when i key it in, they will say it's not the correct OTP. doh.gif

end up my card kena block, need to call UOB to reactivate again.

Just call to cancel the VOX card, retention team will be call again within 5-7 working day and request to active oversea transaction too
