Yes, this is a common problem. You have to call CS to resolve for you, and it takes some time. In my case, it took several phone calls over 2 months!My case was:
1st card with UOB was Lady's Card. 2nd card was VOX.
I subsequently cancelled Lady's Card and Vox statement went POOF!
I called them several times, and they said they put in request to technical department bla bla bla. For 2 months I didn't get a statement. In summary. You have to keep bugging them and following up.
