Biller only accepts payment from Current/Savings account and not Credit Card. Error Code: 20005.

Having the above error when try Jompay for assessment... not sure is it UOB problem... as the assessment bill show that Jompay accept CASA and credit card..

Encountered same issue yesterday night.
Almost give up for my Jompay assessment bill.
Luckily at the end still manage to clear the payment by midnight!

My chances r slim cos I completed 5 swipes at ABT 10am previously. This morning done at 6.30am. Too tired to do after midnight.

Yes, i've filled in the ref-2 too... ended up i give up after few tries

Failed to login too many times n now my id is invalid, so need to go to branch to get a new password, so susah.

alternatively, just create new ID. the down side is you will need to manually add back all the bills you have.

i'd suggest to refrain accessing uobpayonline and uob pib until maintenance is complete tomorrow morning.

very likely the sites are experiencing reduced performance as maintainance is ongoing in phases.

i called CS just now and they said yeah, the website is down. i'll try later or maybe tomorrow.

shouldn't be kua... happened to me before but my id wasn't disabled unless you keyed in wrong password a few times la. wait until it's up and then try again first?

yeap, happened to me once before. Suddenly couldn't log in, invalid bla bla. so I just click the forgot my password thingy, fill in the form for a new password and then I can log in again. I am pretty sure I got the right password before. Just that when I made the new password the characters limit had gone up. I don't know if that's the reason why my old password is invalid.
