would like to check if there is a refund in Feb 17 RM 250 (is actually the Jan purchase and i managed to get RM 50 cash back) but i plan not to spend anything using the Yolo card in Feb 17. when it comes to March only spend for online transaction RM800. any idea the RM 250 will carry forward to March or not? or i need to spend RM 1050 to offset the refund in Feb RM 250?

ya. maybe i need to rephrase my statement. do i need to spend RM 1050 to offset the RM 250 in order to get the 6% cash back? i worried if i just spent RM 800 in March would not be able to get the 6% cash back because of the Feb refund.

Yes, you will need to spend. Previously there was a forummer posted the same thing and didn't get 6% cash back. Only RM 20 due to the refund. If I'm not mistaken, the details are about the same as yours.

Wana ask if lets say dining at ABSOLUTE THAI entitled 10% cash back.

Is it included in the RM 20/RM 50 total monthly cash back (UOB YOLO). Or the 10% is additional (on top) of the RM 20/RM 50.

My credit card statement have this

Retail Purchases (RM) 0.68
Total Current Balance (RM) 0.68CR

Do I need to pay before the due date?

What does the CR means?

CR means bank owes you money; negative outstanding.

crap.....i think uob is the worst of all and yet i use their card the most....they dont have a designated android/apple app for them-self...no e-statement mailed to email box...poor customer service at times due to non-reply or any reply at all (ie my request of temporary request of increase in credit limit and the list go on)...never defaulted their card even once and yet was never offered a higher limit for dunno wat reason although i swipe nearing to credit limit most of the times....customer for more than 5 years and yet the limit stay the same.... very poor...just applied a few credit card and will ditch them if they continue to treat their customer as if they are disposable at any time....

Nope, it is not discounted bill..

The cashback is first come first serve based on allocation quota for each period.. refer tnc on the period specified..
u will receive the 10% cashback if still got quota maybe 2 months later.. the 3% dining cashback is different cashback.. u will get 3% (if u meet the spending requirement) for YOLO card as card feature benefit, the 10% is campaign cashback which will not affect ur YOLO monthly cashback.. so in short, u will get 3% + 10% cashback..

ranting.gif only rm20..due to refund..

and the transaction previous month..refund next month..

previous month 1k++ spend...thats why die2 want them to push back the refund there..as if after refund, still got more than 8++ which eligible for rm50 rebate

and next month ngam2 only spend to eligible..after refund...79X++..deswai super angry..if know they will deduct, for sure i spend few more to eligible for rm50 rebate

emailed them, they did called me, and explain, and they also said more than rm800 spent...will get back to me..but until today, no call...so...let it go... sweat.gif
