Swipe 1 card and I pay back full to that CC but just notice the money divided into 2 CC..... One underpaid one overpaid... Tried calling UOB but no one pick up. QUOTE(fruitie @ Dec 30 2016, 03:43 PM) Just GIRO transfer 2x from any banks to two different credit cards. I saved as favourite in my M2U. Not a problem at all. The problem is i use 1 card and pay full to settle it. Turn out roughly half of the amount I transfer magically go to my other unused card account. Leave me underpaid 1 card and overpaid another card... Anyhow, I gonna request to disable this auto proportion function. I didnt see any logic behind this function at all :S

Where to cari the extra money to repay :S Regarding this issue, I called UOB before, they said it is ok, no need transfer money from 1 CC back to another. As long as you paid the full statement amount of total two credit card, then it is ok. They will not charge late interest for one underpaid one overpaid.

In my case, I kena finance charges for the 1 under paid. Called to complains and UOB make the adjustment and waive the finance charges. Best is monitor our transactions, if happen to be your case then save up hassle to call UOB.

if UOB charges me annual fee and it is reflected in the statement, can i call them to cancel the card and will they waive the AF? heard that they wont waive even if i cancel, but this sounds unreasonable

If they're not willingly to waive it, then you can request for cancellation.
