I called cs for yolo, i think cs converted for me,should i not activate it until i have received all my vox cash back?

hi guys, any cash back for YOLO to pay bills? under which portal? e.g. uobpayonline?

if i fulfill the cash back requirements of YOLO card, but i use balance transfer to settle YOLO card outstanding with another bank's card, am i still entitled to the cash back?

if UOB charges me annual fee and it is reflected in the statement, can i call them to cancel the card and will they waive the AF? heard that they wont waive even if i cancel, but this sounds unreasonable

got double charged by KTM, UOB told me they cant raise a dispute case unless they block and replace my card. is that true?

info about their AF:

if the annual fee charge date is Oct 1, do not use card from this date onwards, then ask for waiver when stmt is out, if unable to waive, then we can cancel the card and waive the AF.

I have got payment to Myeg, digi, hotlink, Ktm, etc using YOLO in Jan, most of them are not eligible for cash back based on my Mar stmt.

Why ah?
