Pardon me, I am using digi smart internet rm30 3gb..but this month I cant subscribe to Music freedom. Do you guys know the solution? MF really helps in saving my data streaming spotify

to sub MF...need to have internet plan unless you got a weird sim which cannot even sub interenet plan but can sub MF monthly.
i have such sim but using chinese player badminton name used by viet amoi but given to me foc.

So now digi postpaid 110 plan comes with 999GB weekend quota or still 100GB??
My bill cycle is on the 1st day every month.. Now still shown 100GB..

Digi Store Pulau Tikus gave me a tri-SIM when I ported in.

Digi Data roaming speed at Singapore is terrible.

Why use starhub? Isn't Singtel faster?

For all new Digi bb100 users,

On first login to Digi broadband dashboard page with browser (not mydigi app), Digi will give you free 1gb data. Realised that this 1gb data will totally blocked all the traffic on WhatsApp including sending and receiving message. This may happened to other 30 or 60 plans.

To resolve this, you have to used up the 1gb free quota then your WhatsApp will be back to normal.

Wait for your next bill cycle. Mine just refreshed yesterday.

Every sg telco speed is fast.

But look like digi limiting the speed ? I got 4g signal, but barely hitting 1mbps.


Umobile databackpack also under starhub, but they can give me better speed ( 3-5mpbs).

Will definitely port out if the speed continue like this.

starhub is not fast... not everywhere got line

Went DiGi centre in The Garden, they do offer exchange 3 size sim for free in the self help kiosk.
