QUOTE(stephantsen @ Dec 17 2016, 07:33 PM) starhub is not fast... not everywhere got line I have starhub line as well. Definitely I know what is starhub speed. Not to mention I am not in mrt when I doing the speed test. Umobile speed under starhub is better. This I still need to pay additional 5rm for 5gb.

QUOTE(fcuk90 @ Dec 17 2016, 07:19 PM) Every sg telco speed is fast. But look like digi limiting the speed ? I got 4g signal, but barely hitting 1mbps. Umobile databackpack also under starhub, but they can give me better speed ( 3-5mpbs). Will definitely port out if the speed continue like this. I think it is quite obvious if digi partner with starhub.... Umobile is under same group with starhub ah... Who knows they treat um different OR treat digi "differently"

Anyway, let's see if U Mobile extends their Data Backpack roaming beyond 2016. Interestingly Starhub does not appear to have a preferred partner for roaming in Malaysia.

Y need preferred partner if all telco coverage are so so in some countries? U can choose any operator with same fix price per day without having fraud. For.example, u accidentally connected digi celcom maxis umobile within a day while starhub still charge u sgd20 ? Thinking digi n umobile maybe starhub preferred as starhub users allowed to roam both 4G network in malaysia http://www.starhub.com/personal/mobile/mob...4g-roaming.htmlWhile singtel n maxis should be partnership together This post has been edited by prosibu: Dec 18 2016, 10:13 AM

I shouldn't think that Starhub cripples its network for Digi users. That's a bad way of doing business. Next time people don't want to do deals with you anymore. Anyway I will find out next week how the situation with this RoamBorder with Starhub arrangement is. Previously I had been roaming mostly on SingTel, both as a Digi and a Maxis user.

Starhub also cripple umobile user. Just not that bad. Normal 4g in Singapore can hit 20-40mbps easily. ( Most of the telco) Area tested : bedok central. Signal is 4bar 4g This post has been edited by fcuk90: Dec 18 2016, 12:59 PM Attached thumbnail(s)

Digi is spamming me every day with broadband spam.
No, Digi, I will not buy your broadband plan because of your ridiculous mechanism for VoIP calls. My postpaid is already my broadband.

Pay Rm5 for 3GB VoIP calls. Speed throttled down to 300kbps only and if watch youtube, the data is consumed from that also. But unsure if Digi has rectified this problem or not.
