Both Postpaid and Prepaid comes with Call Forward funtion but..
You'll need to disable your Voicemail and dial ##21# to cancel all preset Call funtion in order to activate this funtion.

Edit :
After done above steps, dial **21*Phone number to be forwarded here# (**21*0123456789#)

Cheers.

Lolx digi thinking of money....
Rm5 for 100k customers every month is a huge amount doh.gif

Btw, i saw ppl complain that voip plan comes with 3GB additional quota but will use that quota 1st instead of others.

So, rm5 for 3GB is a very good plan for some users that dun wan use voip totally..smile.gif
*
Yes. If rm5 for 3GB really cheap. But I'm facing stupid issue from Digi currently due to this rm5 quota.

Realised that after I bought the rm5 for VOIP topup, the Internet speed becomes very slow. My connection is at 3G with at least 3 bars signal, no 4G coverage at my area yet. Speed test result come out less than 400kbps! I did tested the sim card on different devices including using samsung note 4 phone, tested at different location, all give me the same turtle speed. I'm wondering maybe currently all the usage deduction under VOIP quota which having low speed Internet. I can only confirm this after I can finished using this 3GB VOIP quota, see if the speed can goes back to normal.

So... the initial 1GB free quota from Digi for 5 days is totally wasted now, no chance to use it as all quota deduction still under that turtle speed VOIP quota. Feeling like back to old days using streamyx with 384kbps speed.... really not easy to fully consume that 3GB quota with the turtle speed mad.gif

Already wrote to Digi Support but didn't get any feedback yet. vmad.gif

Just changed from BB 145 to BB 100 just now via telephone chat with digi CS.
The transfer process is just seamless, just wow!

Then i had a look at the various topup options:

Unlimited VOIP = RM5 for 3GB
video streaming = rm20 for 10GB
pure internet data = rm25 for 10GB.

All these for 30days validity which is not bad lah.

Compare to my old BB 145 topup:

RM50 for 5GB
RM15 for 1GB etc
but validity just 5days.

Youtube also loads quite fast at 480p video, which i am quite satisfied with.
Perhaps this BB 100 is the plan that i am looking for in terms of optimizing my monthly cost for internet.

PS - i use this as my main house internet as no unifi/streamyx available yet

that IS a very good question.

Streamyx is crap so that is out of the questions.

Unifi 30Mbps unlimited RM179 vs Digi BB100 4G LTE 60GB (40GB data + 10GB stream free + 10GB stream on demand) RM100. Price not include GST yet.

My usage is mainly surfing web, youtube, facebook, online PS3 games, not a heavy downloader.
Wife's usage is mainly web, youtube, FB, etc.

We already have astro at home so she can watch her korean movie/drama there.

But this is usage for me & wife at the moment. Later when we will have kids, i have to think far ahead in the future though. laugh.gif

Fiber optics vs 4G LTE, what's your opinion guys? I think i have opened one thread on this one (Unifi vs Digi) in the Networks & Broadband section previously. More inputs are welcome.

I also faced the same issue too!

I just simply tried the VoIP yesterday. Then to my dismay, the speed became really slow.
Before this i can achieve 4G LTE around 6-7mbps dl, 4mbps ul. But after having the voip, now became 0.34mbp dl, 0.3mbps ul. Tried to restart the router and restart pc still the same! doh.gif

I immediately called digi hotline and asked the CS to FORCEFULLY REMOVE the voip package but i don't mind wasting the rm5. They said they need to investigate it first and will give me a call to update on the case.

These issues sounds horrid, I wonder think VOIP data allocation being used for everything must be a mistake by those handling Digi's system....so is the throttling..... mad.gif bangwall.gif ranting.gif

how did you try to finish the VOIP quota? Start blasting Youtube? hahaha

i plan to do the same as well. Tonight will start to full blast youtube running at pathetic 144p resolution but with multiple PCs and laptops to drain the 3GB. At the moment i just left 200MB of 3GB.

But running video yet it used VOIP quota bucket as well? That is so wrong Digi!

Of course choose Fiber optics, not data quota at all.
More faster speed than using your DiGi..

Once have service available Fiber optics, I think you can terminate both digi and astro already.
This is bcause Fiber optics include 2-in-1 internet + TV..
