Now Samsung having BIG problem to stop production of this device already.. mega_shok.gif

Latest news look from here

Although some people has been replaced new devices, it's seems like the grenade timing bomb still running and cannot prevent to explode. Besides, I think they have a second time recall to 1-by-1 exchange the new devices. whistling.gif

refreshed this page (http://www.samsung.com/my/note7exchange/) just 10seconds ago...

nothing.

still dated 11th Sept.

i guess probably after lunch... can see the generic update that is on all other Samsung websites.

specific details... probably take another week or maybe towards end of the week. Samsung need time to think how to handle the returns, refunds... and even telco contracts.

do you mean your replacement unit doesnt support fast charging?.  Did you disable it because there is an option to enable or disable it...
*
QUOTE(yayiyu99 @ Oct 11 2016, 11:11 AM)
Not true. My fast charger is very fast on my replacement Note 7. Maybe you have a defective charger or you didnt enable the fast charging on the setting.
*
I never disable fast charging, yet when it's charging, it shows me fast charging.
Some users here also feedback the fast charging is not fast anymore compare to previous one

Even if Samsung put up information at their website, expect miscommunication between dealer and it might take up to a week to know exactly what to do.

For the time being, the mighty Note 7 is not dead yet. Maybe there is another recall exchange a new Note 7, but it wont be that soon, Samsung wouldn't want to rush again. But then people will still opt for refund due to lack of confidence.

I think most of smartphones company comes a lot of troublesome within this year 2016....
But seriously, everybody wish don't have occur this kind of problems....

Top Ranking Discussions:-

1) Samsung - Worldwide recall for 1-by-1 exchange full package with devices (ALL Galaxy Note 7)
2) Apple - Release new iphone7 with upgrade latest processor & ram (It's seems like developers not much idea for the latest technology already.)
3) Huawei - Phone autoshut down after unplug the AC power/powerbank (Mostly Honor 6 & 7)
4) LG - Bootloop problem (Most occur from LG G4...)

5) Who is the next phone company???

They wont. Because no one buy Sony phone anymore, so there will be no case of explosion or fire when no people are using it. In fact, they are already on the way to bankruptcy

They disabled it in one of the software updates. Replacement or not it's disabled.

Im still getting the "fast charging" sign turned on on my replacement phone but the charging has slowed down tremendously like no fast charging at all. Yesterday I charged both my S7 Edge and Note 7 together at the same time with 10% charge left. The note 7 was on wireless fast charger and I purposely put my S7 Edge on normal Samsung charger (non fast charge) and guess which phone finished charging first?

i doubt there's going to be exchange. probably they will refund first... with refund, they can take time to think.

with exchange, Ssmsung needs to have a solution/ option in place for owners.

so, best thing to do is... refund. and if they wanna be nice... give us all preference when there's sth new.

Now Sony mostly comes from the devices with waterproof. You can take photo while you swimming..(Just example only~ biggrin.gif )

But you never know any problems in the future or not... Just either early or late only.
Feng shui are turning around anyway..

Previously, Nokia is down already...
Next will it be Samsung?? (We hope it won't down soon.... icon_question.gif )
