For the time being, the mighty Note 7 is not dead yet. Maybe there is another recall exchange a new Note 7, but it wont be that soon, Samsung wouldn't want to rush again. But then people will still opt for refund due to lack of confidence.

Seriously, I have no confidence in Samsung since Note 5 era.
I recommended my sis to buy Note 5 and after using it mere 2 months, my sis was totally dissapointed with the terrible battery life! Walao!
I should have suggested her to buy other phones in the first place. Very bad experience!

Im still getting the "fast charging" sign turned on on my replacement phone but the charging has slowed down tremendously like no fast charging at all. Yesterday I charged both my S7 Edge and Note 7 together at the same time with 10% charge left. The note 7 was on wireless fast charger and I purposely put my S7 Edge on normal Samsung charger (non fast charge) and guess which phone finished charging first?
*
It it confirmed that fast charging on note 7 is not fast anymore. Haha

Now Sony mostly comes from the devices with waterproof. You can take photo while you swimming..(Just example only~ biggrin.gif )

But you never know any problems in the future or not... Just either early or late only.
Feng shui are turning around anyway..
Previously, Nokia is down already...
Next will it be Samsung?? (We hope it won't down soon.... icon_question.gif )
*
Sony, HTC, Nokia all had their glory days before they were trapped by their own ego, but we can see signs of recovering from these 3 companies

meanwhile.. Samsung is starting to get trapped and not surprising will repeat the history of Nokia and HTC

wow what a heavy statement that is smile.gif

That's true. Following behind is htc. They will soon become like Nokia, abandoned and no one give a fuck anymore. Now both of them trying so so so hard to re-penetrate the smartphone market. They can take this opportunity though when Samsung is in deep shit.

Just wondering... is the Note 7 the first and only Samsung phone to use these defective batteries? I find it dubious that no other Samsung models are using these batteries... no other models seem to be having any battery issues whatsoever? Why can't they just use back the supplier which supplies batteries to its S7?

Perhaps the issue is with some technical error or another component in the phone.
*
first recall confirmed by samsung due to battery design. but for this 2nd recall maybe samsung will tell the real truth.

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/201...witter-business
Samsung engineers rushed to determine the cause of the problem, working through the Harvest Festival holiday last week. The company’s most complete explanations so far have come in reports to government agencies in Korea, China and the U.S. The initial conclusions indicated an error in production that put pressure on plates within the battery cells. That in turn brought negative and positive poles into contact, triggering excessive heat that caused the battery to explode

They wont. Because no one buy Sony phone anymore, so there will be no case of explosion or fire when no people are using it. In fact, they are already on the way to bankruptcy

Whole world no one buy Sony phones???
What kind of noobish fanboy comment is this?
No wonder this thread is reserved for fanboys and worshippers alike.

Wireless fast charging is slower than plug in fast charging.

I remember HTC is quite the brilliant phone devices. And I got use the HTC device before.
However bad experience 1st time use HTC the touch screen minor issues, autotouch somewhere else during charging battery.

I got consult to the service center before, talk non-sense say that it's software problem and help me to do factory reset. But the problem still the same occur occasionally.

And end up HTC not longer in HTC Malaysia, everything move to HTC Singapore... Always remember customer/service center is the most important for all the phone industry.

If they talk non-sense and don't willing to settle the problem, this is the company end up no much new model products per year..

What I know from HTC, the latest is HTC 10.. That's the end of this year.. sweat.gif

No one give HTC a fuck? Which cave do you came from?
Stop being a fanboy la.
Even pre-orders of Pixels phones by HTC are highly demanded.
Sept sales for HTC increased 43% YoY.
HTC Vive products are highly in demand too.
Go Google those news.
Even how bad they are, at least these companies take their time to release their phones and not rushing them into the market like Samsung!

yes HTC after sales in Msia is shit, HTC Global couldn't care less bout the mess

but i still like HTC, I used one before, I can feel the soul in the product, while Samsung is slowly becoming the chinaman style, which only know how to show off their financial muscle, the biggest, fastest, *est of everything

yet at the end.. it became the sticky bomb in GTA V cool2.gif

are you using a low quality charger or cable? I noticed when you use those low quality charger, this will happened.
this is due to the unstable of the electricity causing the touch screen issue.

no worry about samsung. their main product is not their phone, but chipset and screen.
Almost the giant of OLED supplier.

Nope, I use HTC original charger and cable, by SIS distributors with sticker that time..
I never use low quality charger, coz it will make the battery lifespan more shorter..

And take more longer time to charge the battery if use the low quality charger or cable..
