Very hardworking when it comes to spreading negative news about note 7 but refuse to share anything positive about samsung.
So for who afraid of dying to note 7 explosion, why are you guys still here?
If you asking me i think you guys have higher chance to die when walking/driving on the road than killing by a bomb phone but it doesn't stopping you guys from going outside. Why?
it is a ticking time bomb if the person did not return for exchange
More worrisome is the fact that the phone in question was a replacement Galaxy Note 7, one that was deemed to be safe by Samsung. The Verge spoke to Brian Green, owner of the Note 7, on the phone earlier today and he confirmed that he had picked up the new phone at an AT&T store on September 21st.

hi guys, anyone knows when will samsung sell their note 7 back to the market again?
With the recent news with post-replacement smoking Note7 in US and Taiwan, I expect Samsung to stop Note7 sales once and for all and buy back Note7 from market, like VW diesel gate. My advice is wait for Note8, saves you all the hassle, worry and inconvenience when taking flight.

May i suggest to completely shutdown the Note 7 thread?
Since not many ppl interested to talk about the phone except for sharing the exploding news/videos etc.
Plus the existing user of Note 7 are not many as the phone have yet to official release etc.
Agreed .... feel like kopitiam here ... no valuable post for note 7 users .... btw I'm note 7 user .... Been trash since v3 or something .. better move to kopitiam .... i guess more ppl will be interested in the bombs and jokes there

How to talk about the phone itself when new exploding post-replacement Note7 news and videos are surfacing almost everyday. Being better aware of these news is good for current owners and potential buyers. The phone itself is no doubt a great phone to use, but now the safety of users holds even greater concern especially post-replacement phones are still exploding.
My guess for Samsung next move is they will kill Note7 production and sales. Note7 reputation is permanently dented now with post-replacement units still exploding. Moreover, there are more competitor flagship launched and selling, iPhone 7 and Google Pixel, no confirm date of when Note7 will start selling again. Note7 ban on flight is the biggest hindrance to anyone buying it and no doubt the ban will extend to the post-replacement unit as well. Samsung will try to buy back existing Note7 from the market and focus on Note8 development. It will definitely dent Samsung Q4 profit for sure, but it is better than hefty lawsuits and future Samsung phones sales ban in many market if Note7 explosion involves human lives.

I agree too. Nothing wrong to discuss about the explosion issues if it concerns Note 7. While its user base is still small considering its delayed release, at least existing or potential future users know more about these 'issues' and can make their own decision on whether to continue to use it, to buy or sell it away.
Using my replacement unit from Courts and still loving it.. but if Samsung really deem that Note 7 line is to be halted which I highly doubt, appropriate thing to do would be offering refunds/giving s7e with some small refund, or promising s8 (one can dream XD).. as long as they acknowledge their mistake and do something about it I will continue to have confidence in Samsung
most of the 2nd batch recalled issues batches are manufactured on sept 21, if you notice, i think most malaysian's replacement are on sept 23. at least for mine, onyx black.
2nd batch also exploded? I think this is the end of Samsung, maybe real comeback for HTC and Sony
Are you kidding here ? End of Samsung?? Note is only one of their mobile products n they had other model series too Sony is a dying brand with too many rumors of them even stopping its production. Latest z series is insanely expensive for its specs HTC 10 supposedly their best isn't selling well purely because of its poor marketing...I gave it up after 3 weeks n hand down to my youngest son and much prefer the S7e. Until the day HTC increases its marketing efforts they will continue to struggle ...it is simply a chicken and egg case for HTC. Poor sales lead to limited expenses for marketing n that will affect sales eventually. Whether one like it or not the masses of buyers are influenced by marketing efforts.

from the unverified sources on youtube. i don't think it will end of samsung, but of course its pretty much heavy damage. nonetheless, both s7 and s7edge is the only model that caught revenue for them, without note 7, i think they're still able to survive just they can't make profit.

Like someone said much earlier, you can't just expect good news everytime, and all the latest news is always about explosion, technically speaking there's nothing wrong with sharing them, same as the good news as well, when there's good, there's also bad.

Mobile phone is just a part of Samsung, and Note is just a part of it's mobile phone product.

Past few years Note series is only about less than 15% of Samsung sales. I don't think Samsung will collapse even if they stop selling the Note series. I simply view this as a temporary problem for them Unlike many pessimists here I believe they will overcome this problem and could even end up stronger Seriously if any had a single doubt of the safety of Note7 just don't buy or sell it off if you had changed it. All these pessimistic posts about the safety is not helping to improve the problem
dont think so. RM2699 SRP for the XZ 64GB is arguably competitive among the other flagships in MY, and that is if you dont count Q1-2 flagships.
anyway, i sold off my Note 7 to a friend. it's been a joy of 2 weeks prior replacement.
Benny don't like Sony phone. He like Asus Zenfone 3 Ultra which is also insanely expensive for the spec but Benny bought it also. So please forgive Benny if he say wrong thing.
Samsung unlikely to collapse die to this Note7 issue.
they had just released some financial reports which included the period in which Note7 had recall, etc..
and the results were positive...
but it's Note branding is definitely taking a hit and very sure in the near future when there's any explosion or fire due to phone, first question would probably be : was our a Samsung note?
even if it was asked half jokingly.. not good for business if it continues to be associated with sth negative
