what im thinking is..
if they offer a voucher or loan phone till the next flagship to the owner at least they can secure this 8k x rm3099 busines stay wif samsung after this crisis... if they din make this move i think probably most of the owner will jump ship.. i dont think if now jump ship then next year they will jump back to saumsung lo.. what i mean is not every1 will change phone every year rite?

same like what im doing now..i bought the j7 2016 a month ago and using it until next year flagships come out..none of this year flagships caught my attention

Yes, it's only for original accessories. The announcement stated that you have to return the phone with accessories that comes with the box as well.
