Wow so many haters and negative people out there..for those who want to share the news on explosions of the 'safe" units - feel free to go ahead, but please do not bash insensitively - let samsung do their job, everyone is still speculating that this is a cover up yada yada..for me, i'm still on the fence - i have thoughts that there is a conspiracy going on so let's chill and leave samsung to investigate and confirm whether or not the allegations on the safe versions are actually now "unsafe".

sad news really..have to wait for SME announcement on whats next. if change to S7E still OK but i think they need to give compensation since S7E is much cheaper now (about RM 2.5K selling price)

Full refund means they have to provide us refund for about 2879 since we paid 2579 + 300 deposit..If exchange to S7E, provided can get extra stuff - if they dont give compensation at least give some accessories for our troubles not too bad.

just called samsung careline - they mentioned that from today onwards the shop where we purchased our phones (pre-order) will contact us on the refund / exchange to S7E process.
