Why you have to take shit from them? Customer is no.1 and they have no right to bully you.

Don't worry bro. My items sometimes arrived without even giving me tracking number, when the delivery guy come I always surprise

Even in lazada, after my item arrived only I get my tracking number, and only receive email saying the my items has been send out, when the item is already in my hands.

2% is against merchant and t&C ... its lengthy to explain law process in here... basically its just against BNM and bank merchant rules&regulations

i demand the investigation officer police to further probe this case
