i bought a phone at gem5, payment was cleared at thursday evening,

now i still havent get the tracking numbers, make me phobia again, cause last time i bought from lazada, my hp kena stolen by the courier ppl, i call to gem5 customer services, kena fucuk by them,. cause 2 to 5 working days

Even in lazada, after my item arrived only I get my tracking number, and only receive email saying the my items has been send out, when the item is already in my hands.

reply to their fb message via messenger,

told them, item no shipped out by end of today, i will go to tribunal,

call to me after 20 min.

..ask for compensation, no compensation as well.

then now only can wait lo

Now they are more of a profit centric organisation. Expect to wait for every part of the purchase process from them (from inquiring to making your purchaseand RMA..)

Bank is different bro. Providing ic to a complete stranger can result in the person impersonating u. There are buyers out there who are not interested in buying, they want ur product images or ic in this case to cheat other people. Imagine someone open a sales thread to scam and he show the ic that the seller gave him. When people go report they will use the ic that was shown.
