recently gemfive is on rampant voiding ur item if u post 2 or more items to same postage address

please be very aware even tho u are using different credit cards to purchase as long as it's post to same address

they do not care the reason u provide

and they do charge 2% for the item they void . I have take legal action on this for their risk department / finance department and forward this to BNM for further action. A police report have also been lodged because my friend kena this.. pity my friend cause she bought item >3k and kena void 2%..

anyway, i will still proceed with legal action because of their rampant crazy insane attitude / behaviors

2% is against merchant and t&C ... its lengthy to explain law process in here... basically its just against BNM and bank merchant rules&regulations

i demand the investigation officer police to further probe this case

their customer manager called me to settle and i refuse as this affect many forumers here

2% is a lot for some of member here especially item worth more than 2k .. imagine they took and hold our money

suggest u lodge a police report first and forward to them. meanwhile go to tribunal and seek ur lawyer's advise.

1. address is same?
2. credit card number same?
3 credit card name same?
4. other reason?
