If the card is sent to your billing address, the call centre should be able to retrieve the Poslaju tracking code from their system.

Already spend nearly RM500 this morning for Sept RM50 CB.  First I made sure the merchants were not using Maybank machine.

If Maybank machine, most likely posting today then Aug Cash back (10%, Max RM100), I already used up.
If not Maybank machine,  posted tomorrow then Sept cash back (RM50) but still @ 10% (as transaction in Aug) instead of 2% (if transaction in Sept)

Eg if you want to get Aug 10% RM100, go to Petronas, Parkson,  Watson's, Aeon immediately.
If you eye for Sept CB, then go to Tesco, Giant,  Guardian.

yes, you "earned" the Sep's RM50 max cb in advance at higher rate of 10% due to transaction in Aug.

What's this CASH REBATE REVERSAL  ??

Based on my own personal experience, all my premium cards get auto waived for AF. I have no idea on SST so far

The real reasoning behind.

When first cc was opened, it was using IC.

When u open account, Maybank no longer register customer under IC but start using customer number.

As a result of that, there’s two profile. One under IC. One under customer number. These two profiles cannot be merged.

So they created third profile under new customer number for both the cc and account.

This is not happening to tiger only. It’s haplening to others too as it is new regulation to protect customer privacy in case any data theft, those details are encrypted under customer number but not direct ic details leakage.

This T&C did not clearly state that Petrol is included or not.. Just saying that it is "ALL retail transactions".. so I assume it is included?

Still hvnt receive the card.. It's 10 working days already after receiving the mbb fcb card approval sms..

Not aware that Visa provides buyer protection. Only know Mastercard does, limited to MYR200. But you don't need buyer protection for what you've experienced. As long as you've been charged and it's a genuine transaction, it can be easily traced.
