Not sure why is it so hard to apply barcelona card while I able to get other bank cards easily.

do u meet the min requirement? which channel do u applied? perhaps u could try applying at card center if u stay within KV for higher approval rate.

I am above the min requirement. Applied thru maybank2u before, mbb branch, mbb card centre in 1u.

if you got rejected, try to email them, same as me, although it will take like 1 month

if you have other cards with high credit limit, but are not needing them, maybe can try to reduce them and reapply again.

Yesterday go to apply Barcelona card at Gardens at about 8pm , got it approved today at 5pm. Officer called card ready to be collected at 7pm today.
Tomorrow will be collecting my card and wanna ask if bigpay topup still eligible for 10% this month right ?
Was told by customer services as my expiry month is at oct , so there will be a 25 sst on june and another 25 which is 5 months to go. As now still may and coming august why not, the cash back is sufficient enough to offset it.

Well, the officer in The Gardens always said this but it's not the truth. I added M2Premier in Feb, card anniversary in April, SST charged in March, that's all and didn't get charged for second time together with other conventional cards.

On another hand, some said if it is 6 months apart will charge twice but this is not written anywhere in MBB FAQ.

They does not process approval on weekend right? If we apply on sat we only can get it on monday right?

posted in June, utilize June cashback quota (max RM50) <-- that means you dont use the card in June temporarily as you already earned the cashback in advance.

Btw it's the same as for Aug? Spend 1k before 31/8 and 500 on the very last minutes on 31/8 will get 100 CB for aug and 50 CB for September month
