my friend applied it as a new customer at 1u with me and got approved few hours letter by SMS. meanwhile i am still waiting lol

Applied in m2u on last Thursday, received the card this morning. Very fast.

Called maybank to get a tracking no yesterday.. According to tracking no my FCB card was delivered and signed by building receptionist last friday... today i check with receptionist but the item is not there... how come they let somone else take our credit card on behalf... from my past experience there is a note on the credit card package stating that it must be signed by the recipient only... so furious right now

I believe they no longer use that, it should be PosLaju Mail Drop now which does not require any signature.

I confirm that mine was Mail Drop last week.

Mine was not. I just went and get it from PosLaju.

They send over ytd but no one at home.

Anyway it's really a nice looking card compare to all the MBB cards I'm holding.

Went to Card center in Gardens on Saturday to apply for FCB, the working gentleman said, can collect on Tuesday, till now 4pm monday, cannot see in my M2U.

I submit my application on last fri evening time to 1u card center, just now received call say card ready, but still din't appear in my maybank2u

being rejected on m2u, today went to bank apply. the person said being rejected on m2u is because of my information in their system wrong and not complete that why being rejected...

So is yours approved now? How did they manage to check the reason of the previous rejection? Usually they do not disclose such information to the customer.

Haven, still need manual apply. He said should be this reason. Because my info in their system not complete, wrong handphone no. and no email.

applied to add on card via m2u. got approval sms at about 6pm, but cant see d card on m2u yet

I collected supp card application form from 1U. But my husband needs to sign...so couldn't get it done today. They told me it can be same day collection if before 5pm.

apply FCB via M2U yesterday, got the approval sms today.

i already received sms which notified that application has been approved ...

Apply last Thursday morning via m2u, received sms approved same day at 6pm.. Today receive the card via Poslaju mail drop..

What are the documents need when submit online through m2u for existing mbb credit card holder?

IC copy and latest payslip

For those who wants FC Barcelona VS, and currently is MBB credit card holder, holding higher income requirement of credit cards from MBB (i.e. MBB 2 Platinum, MBB VS and so on), you could email your

1. Full I/C Number (Don't need attached scanned I/C)
2. last 4 digit of your current credit card on hand (For verification purpose)

to mbbcardservices@maybank.com.my

They will proceed your application without any documents to be submitted.


This is an alternative way (easier way) to apply for those who are interested, got rejected by M2U automatically and not stay/work near any MBB Card Centre.
