Seem like that's gonna be truth, I dont see the "Supports wallet" for cimb octo malaysia, but it is showing for the Cimb Clicks Singapore App

This Hong Leong is really dragging the launch out. Been months that you can almost—but not quite—active Apple Pay, but still not there yet

They recently updated their Cardholder Agreement to specifically include Apple Pay, and it takes effect from 16 December.

So my guess is it will definitely happen before the end of 2025?

I still unable to add my debit card

date can change.

I think the  pay coming soon
maybe between this december to 2 March26 for this lucky draw

Finally! This card almost became my daily spending card. The only issue is I always forget to bring my wallet, forcing me to use my MBB (apple pay) instead.

How did you verify your card? did they offer an option for SMS OTP verification?

Either Call or SMS OTP. I opted for SMS, but it took awhile for the sms to arrive. Around 1min

Thanks for the update. Added my HLB Essential. I also waited around 1 minute for the SMS OTP to arrive.

mine offered 2 options to verify, but both are via call

My only verification method is through call. no SMS... anyone face the same?

both card - debit and credit card added with sms code..Yahoo!

Finally Hong Leong Bank joined Apple Pay ..

But most of the time i used on my Samsung Pay, wonder can add both side or not.

All VISA cards issued by Hong Leong Bank (“HLB”) and Hong Leong Islamic Bank (“HLISB”) are compatible with Apple Pay, except for the following:

HLB GSC Credit Cards (Gold & Platinum)
HLB Debit Cardholders below the age of sixteen (16)

Updates regarding HLB GSC Credit Card availability will be announced in due course.
