Same situation happen in AEON grocery section at self checkout terminal in AEON AU2. Cannot use Apple Pay.
Even we tried 2x also the terminal came back error.

The staff there said, they having issues with Apple Pay against their system, and this probably need some time to be rectify.
Then I have to wave my card instead.

Update: Wallet suddenly spit out all my previous transactions at once, including Shopee which was previously broken

I have just realized the transaction history in the Wallet app even updates itself of the past transaction. I filled up RM50 petrol the other day and saw RM200 charge (the usual pre-auth amount) and today it updates itself to the correct amount which is nice.

Their issue is the transaction one behind the last one, ours are totally not showing. The post has low votes anyway.

As I know SamsungPay doesn't have AMEX supported by Malaysian bank.

Tested Apple Pay in LA using Tap card super cool especially with Express Travel. Then used my Visa card in NYC subway.... Super nice... glad we have Apple Pay now


Especially with the Tap card in LA. No need to have physical card. Imagine you can apply for a TnG card directly in Apple Pay and use all our public transport. Including online top up too.

I saw other country implemented their mifare classic card into Apple Pay which is the same underlying tech under tng. Wonder if tng would work with Apple Pay one day

What we can do is hope. But tng can't even do a better job with their current system. I highly doubt they will integrate it.

Just for 7-11 the transaction history not work again and i need to re-enable the transaction history to sync

Ikea seems support adding the card into Apple Wallet. But somehow I cant get the email that shown in the instruction.. :/

IIRC, my case it was sent to spam/junk folder of my Gmail. Have you checked that folder?

My case the send email button just grey off dunno why.. already update my email in my profile still same.

I didn't see any Add to Apple Wallet button on the bottom of Ikea email
