How to quietly remove free call ?
Can do it ourself ?
*
It is because I wasn't supposed to be entitled with this free calls when I requested for RM 179.
Do what ourselves?

Anyway, please use multi-quote feature.

haih. TM so damn useless la.

because of them I cant work from home.

Relocate to new house. previously using unifi. went to tmpoint they said new address no unifi, the highest they can offer was the 8mbps. so I agree to terminate unifi and apply for the streamyx.

Two days after that, technician called me and told me 8 mbps was available but not stable, have problem with their port box blablabla , I told him just ask tm to fix la, start to pissed off already, then the guy said only can install 4mbps but need to resubmit back into the system, wait another 2 days then i received sms stating NO INFRA available at my premise. bloody helllllll.

from unifi , down to 8mbps , kick down to 4mbps and now helll no port available.

its freaking SETIA ALAM FFS! dammit.

anybody got solutions ?

After installing UniFi, if I want to keep my old streamyx phone number (pay RM1 every month), can I still make calls and fax?

Btw, if I apply via agent can I still get to pay RM1 every month to keep the old phone number?

I received a call from tm mentioned that they doing a promotion to upgrade my vip5 to vip10 for rm159 then free upgrade to VIP 30 starting next year. I don't need to cancel my current contract.

Anyone received similar promotion or is it too good to be true?

I would be on the side of caution for the below reasons;

1. We don't have any detail yet on TM plan for the 'upgrade'. Is it limited to lower Tier plan 5mbps --> 10mbps only?

2. TM says it will be rolled out in phases. Does this mean it's area dependent? Is TM infrastructure ready at your area for the upgrade?

but then, for 10mbps at RM159.00 it is not a bad deal anyway.

yes, me too receive the same offer just now, but for them to upgrade to 30mbps they don't give us any black and white. Also why we care to pay for vip5 - 10 when gov say it is free!
