I thought the ground work already starts and buyer need to pay already?hehe..

Once the progressive payment starts, it will be recorded on ur CCRIS report.
Failing to notice may affect ur future loan application and so on.

Bro Might try read the fine print of spa.schedule of progressive payment shall be disbursed upon completion or upon commencement of work?as one is draw down after complete the work and the other one is drawdown before start work.residential property is protected by hda schedule g and h,so bank only disburse your loan to developer once they have done the stages completion

PBB forced customer to buy as no mrta=higher rate.
Can't waive even though show them mlta/personal insurance evidence.. very disappointed with the way they do business.
