registered in rumawip website..submit the docs to DBKL..call numerous time for update..no news..hahaha.. biggrin.gif

DBKL initially said they wont take booking 15K first unless status "LAYAK DIUNDI"..

The stamp duty 100% waiver already got "instructions how to claim"? My lawyer want me to pay first, claim later ler... or it's already can be excluded from total of loan legal fees? I pay 3k++ = enough?

Please advise or pm me about your lawyer firm, thanks in advanced.

My loan amount is only RM178,200
The quotation given by my lawyer has already excluded stamp duty (which is in line with Budget 2017)

If LA not using SPA lawyer, then developer won't bear lawyer fees so mostly forced to use SPA lawyer assigned.

So far haven't receive any invoices for stamp duty / lawyer fees.

Did u paid the legal fees yet?
178200 without mrta? 35 years loan?

I also want request legal firm to exclude the stamp duty... I don't want "pay first, claim later", it's so hassle.
